Your privacy
Pawspice collects only the information needed to arrange care for your pet: your contact details, your pet’s profile and health notes, photos you or your provider upload, and payment records processed by Stripe.
Who can see your data
Your provider sees the details of orders you send them. Staff see summary data only; private journal notes, photos and memories are never shown to staff unless content is reported, and every such view is logged.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Account → Privacy, and we respond within 30 days.
